Join local Sauna experts from Stokeyard Outfitters for a traditional German Aufguss guided sauna experience.

During an Aufguss session your guide (ie the Saunameister) gradually increases the intensity by adding essential oil infused water to the sauna rocks, generating a rich envelope of fragrant steam which is then distributed around the room to enhance this intense sensory experience. Enjoy cold soak tubs between sessions and the Hewing's magnificent rooftop heated pool with an epic view.

Your Neighborhood Thermaculture Club is OPEN. Located at 4355 Nicollet Ave, Minneapolis, our new showroom and community space features 3 mobile Saunas, 5 cold soak tubs, and vibe for days. Open steam sessions are hosted by a member of our team but unguided, so listen to your body and follow your bliss between delicious, authentic Kuuma wood-fired heat on the bench sessions, coupled with an invigorating cold soak, followed by euphoria, no extra charge.

Small Group sessions accommodate up to 6 ppl (with 4 ppl in the sauna at a time), for 2 hours of Sauna use. Enjoy our small wood-fired mobile sauna, jump in the tub for a cold soak, relax and take in the vibes.

Large Group sessions accommodate up to 12 ppl (with 8 ppl in the sauna at a time), for 2 hours of Sauna use. Enjoy our wood-fired mobile sauna, jump in the tub for a cold soak, relax and take in the vibes.

Takeover Stokeyard HQ, and we'll help you host a group of up to 15 people at The Dock. Perfect for corporate retreats, healthy mixer events, birthday parties, or just a chance to blow off some steam. Single Sauna Dock Takeovers can accommodate up to 15 people with 8 ppl using the sauna at a time.
